No you cant. You can do a conversion though. It'll cost you a lot.

Personally, AWD are better in the snow. I haven't driven RWD (rear wheel drive) in snow so i wouldn't know. I've only driven AWD and FWD (front wheel drive).

I'm sure they drive well though. Like most cars it has it's ups and downs in the snow.
