Can you get a job with a weapons charge?

depends - did you use it or were you just carrying it?
i'd hire you if you were just in possession (but not if it were an unlicensed gun)
 
I had a BB gun in my car on college campus and they charged me with a weapons charge. I recently graduated from college last December and it seems impossible to find a job willing to hire me. 1st offense. I feel as if this is going to haunt me for the rest of my life.
