Can you get a fully updated radio in a 1997 Buick Regal?

So my 1997 BR radio is crap and i'm willing to spend $600 to $1000 on a brand new really good car radio for it. Like a GPS touch screen and a multi cd changer..player lol stuff like that. Or do u have any other suggestions?
can my price range get me what i want?
