can you ferment store bought juice which is pre-pasteurized.?

If potassium sorbate has been used can you break it down any way?

Usually I use welchs grape juice since it is unpasteurized. However I have 2 gallons of great value grape juice and another 2 gallons of apple and eve grape juice which i am trying to ferment.
The juice container says they are pasteurized. Is this bad? Thanks
