The Tibetans are behaving like scallywags to draw attention to their cause...it has been timed to coincide with the Chinese Olympics...
China has been blamed for the unrest mostly by morons like Richard Gere who has already shown his ignorance of other cultures in the past..
So far the Chinese have acted with restraint.
