I bought nail polish today but i realized i dont really want this color and i wanted blue instead. I didnt use it or anything. But at Cliares i tried to return Nail polish before like 2 hours after i bought but they wouldnt let me. Is it the same thing Icing? Is there anyway for me to just exchange the nail polish for blue?
Can you exchange nail polish at icing?
