I have paint.net the free photo editing program and I was wondering if you can use it to edit pictures together like in photoshop. I wanted to edit myself next to a celeb or somthing but im not sure if i can do that well with this program because I can't get photoshop. Are there and tutorials out there if you can?
Can you edit a picture next to sombody with paint.net instead of photoshop?
