I want to water my Tomato plants that are 3-5 metres away from my new water tank, using only the head pressure of the tank connected to low pressure drippers(12 off), is this possible?

you need to provide more information such as the height of the tank. However, it is easy enough to test. just put a garden hose into the tank and form a siphon. If it gets to where you want it sure,

I think it's possible, but even the low-pressure drippers might be too stout to allow water through. I would give it a try, but be open to experimenting with different drippers or other attachments until you get the water flow exactly how you want it.

I dint know what low pressure drippers are, but you can do it with a regular punctured hose. Start with small holes.
