This Surrogacy is done through family. Though we did sign a contract together, we were just wondering if we were able to go to a court house in California and file for the Pre Birth Oder on our own. I know everyone (not everyone) I should say would recommend to obtain an attorney, but again we are family and trying to save the cost of obtaining an attorney if we do not need one for this. Any knowledgeable advice would greatly help or a referral on a low cost attorney to do this step for us.
