Can you detect Roofies with a typical forensic spot/color test?

okay... DISCLAIMER, i'm not like trying to distribute drugs or anything, its for my forensics project, and i dont know if like the typical color/spot test can detect roofies, i think that it cannot because roofies is taken in such little doses that it is hard to identify by commercial means. can anyone back this up? because i dont want to accidentally put a hanus assumption on my project
