Can you deny a cop the right to search your car in this circumstance?

In the trunk of the car there is alcohol, and the driver is 17 and the other person in the car is 19. The alcohol was just bought from a liquor store known to sell to minors if you know the owners of the store. The cop seeing you leave the store pulls you over and asks to search the car. By you leaving the liquor store (which is known to sell to minors) work as "Probable Cause" for the officer to search your car? Or can you just say "No" since he does not see any alcohol in the front of the car, nor smell it on your breath?
