Only if the fork is adaptable for disc brake callipers and the wheel can mount either 6 bolt or centerlock rotors. The rear of the bike will need the same thing. What bike is it? That info would greatly help us help you. The rear seat stay needs to have the mounts as well but if the fork is set up for the mounts then you can have just a front brake without the rear. That front brake is the most important one on a car and a BIKE too!
