Can you connect your iPod touch to your cellphone via bluetooth?

I have an old Samsung mobile phone and a iPod touch 2g. I was wondering if I can use my cellphone as an internet access point for my iPod touch via Bluetooth. I recently heard that with the iPod touch 3.0 firmware, bluetooth will be enabled.
