Can you connect two bluetooth headsets to multiple ps3's?

Did you go into Accessory Setting and then to another tab called something like 'Register wireless device'?
 
I have a gameshark bluetooth headset model 8860. I have it connected to one ps3, but i dont have to instructions anymore and i am trying to connect to another one. I have tried the connecting it and holding the middle button for 8 or 10 seconds. but all that does is turn the headset off what do i do?
