I've "heard" about laser surgery... whatever....
But I have so many scars from broken bones where they cut me open and operated on me.
On my right arm I have a 3 inch scar that is about 1 cm wide... from where they removed a row of wrist bones....
Hair doesnt grow on it.
Can they make it look like the rest of my skin? If they do, will hair every grow on it.
What will they do?
What doctor specialist does this sort of surgery?
