can you complain if your roommate sublets and you don't like the new roommate?

I mean if you don't get along with your new roommate whose names not on the lease...... Do you have a say in things before him?

For example, if he's looking at you as a sh*t starter and threatens to beat your a**, can you have him evicted????? Keep in mind, you have your own lease contract too.
