...persuasive? writing a law essay problem question (in the UK) and came across a good point raised in a case from N.Ireland.
can i use this to support my argument as definitive law (ie. the law states xxx therefore you have to do xxx) or will it only be persuasive?
It was heard in the High Court of Justice Chancery Division.
