M Manny New member Jan 24, 2011 #1 My son is over the age of 18. I am a permanent resident and have a DUI on me driving record. Is there a way to help him get a Visa or resident card hes lived here for about 10 years and just turned 18.(Nobody was hurt in DUI insident).
