Can you calculate desired weight for percent body fat?

If someone weighed 228 pounds and had 28% body fat and wanted to have 5 or 10 % body fat, how much would she have to weigh (approx) to be at those % body fats. Please show your work. Thank you for your time.
Sorry, i meant 26% body fat.
