Can you buy the samsung rant without the 2 year contract?

my parents said they will buy me one if they can just get the phone (yes they kno its like $299) without getting the 2 year contract is that possible?
 
yes you can buy any phone you want with out a 2yr contract it just cost a lot more there are about 4 different prices like my phone is 400 by its self 300 with an upgrade 200 with 2yr activation and 50 with mail in rebate :] hope this helps
 
yes it's possible, im doing it too!! but the phone will cost ALOT extra, for example: lg xenon is $42.99 with the 2 year agreement, and it is $236.99 without it, so if your willing to pay alot get it! Hope I Helped! =)
