Can you buy an iMac with four gigs of RAM at a Mac store?

I want to buy a new iMac, from a store, but I want the three gigs of extra RAM you can select on the Apple website, can I buy an iMac with four gigs of RAM from a Mac store?
I want to buy it at my local mac store, NOT ONLINE.
