I just got a brand new HTC Evo from a friend not open or activated at all! I was wondering since I do not have a account with them could I go to a sprint store tell them I want to open a new account cause I never had a phone with them and activate it under a new contract that won't be 2 years since I did not buy the phone from them?
Can you buy a Sprint phone from somewhere else and activate it with a new account?
