Can you buy a jailbroken iPhone on ebay and use it on US Cellular?

If you buy it unlocked yes but if it is jailbroken then you will be able to download apps from places like cydia instead of just the apple aPp store

The closest shot you have is the Verizon iPhone 4 & even then it is a closed door since that only works on Verizon as of now. None of the other iPhones can work because they are all GSM.
