Can you buy a computer and car with FINANCIAL AID?

I qualify for financial aid. My mother is single with 3 kids, I have a child of my own & no job (cant find one). My mother has a job. I know i qualify for financial aid. Im going to college in august & i need a laptop and car. Can i buy a car with financial aid? I really need one, & a laptop.
 
You do not *need* a car or a laptop. Yes, you can buy a laptop with the money, as you would use it for school, but the rest of that money should pay for books and supplies. A car is not school supplies which is what financial aid is for.
