Can you block certain people from seeing specific photos on facebook?

there is only one person that i dont want to see one photo of me. I dont want this person to just not be able to see ANY photos of me. Just there is one photo that i dont want this person to see.

PLEASE THIS IS URGENT!! THEY COULD BE LOOKING THROUGH MY PROFILE RIGHT NOW!! HELPPPP!!!!

PLEASE, can someone give me step by step instructions? i can never seem to do these things right! :(
and its just ONE photo that i dont want this person to see. I want them to be able to see the other pictures. ITS JUST ONE!! PLEASE!! :) :)


And i tried other suggestions but the only option is to not let them see any of my photos. And the photo that i do not want this one person to see is a tagged photo of me. Its not from my albums. I could just untag myself, but i like the picture, i just dont want this person to see it. PLEASE if anyone knows how to just block on person from seeing one picture please help me!!
 
Create a separate group for this person and then restrict the access that they have.

Man is your priest gonna flip when he sees that pictures of you from last spring break. What were you thinking joining a wet tshirt contest!?
