place a bid? I have reported a user twice but they have a troll/spam account so it doesn't do any good. They bid and rebid on an item just to up the price then do not pay which means I lose out on legit bidders.
Is there an option to block certain uses OR is there a way to block someone after they have placed a bid. It's abuse and I want to do something about it. Thanks.
