Can you become a Psychiatrist with a degree of another speciality (other than medicine)?

If you have a bachelor in a field other than medicine and wish to become Psychiatrist, can you still become a psychiatrist? Do you need to enrol medicine first and if so how's your actual bachelor helping you in enrolling?
