Would a private seller need paper work to prove to the judge that it was sold as-is? And can you be sued for a bad car? but did not lie about anything, though you forgot to tell them. Sold the car about 2 days ago. Bought the car about 1800, was selling it for 1500 but sold it to them for 800. I didnt tell them that it ran good niether.
