When I was on minocycline (another antibiotic) I frequently donated blood.
Before you donate, they ask you a few questions. Tell them you are taking an antibiotic, but it is for acne prevention and it is NOT for an active infection. Then you can donate. (However, taking an antibiotic for strep throat or another active infection would disqualify you. Just for acne prevention won't.)
