Can you be arrested when you have been subpoenaed?

So I have been subpoenaed to testify in a criminal trial. I think I might have a warrant for my arrest due to an unpaid fine. So I'm wondering if I can be arrested when I go to testify or is there some law like the one where you cant be arrested wail reporting a crime? thanks for any help
