My son has set a teachers vehicle on fire using a petrol can and a lighter, the school is threatening to sue but I find this really inappropriate as he's only a kid, you know? I mean at 16 years old everyone makes mistakes, I don't really think its fair that he will be getting an asbo, is there any way I can get rid of this so called"ASBO"?
I don't feel that anyone should pay anyone else back, this isn't me or my son's fault and we feel the school is fully responsible.
By the way he didn't fail in maths. He got an A* first time round.
