Can you be addicted to exercise?

I was just curious. My friend wanted to lose weight as part of her New Year's Resolution so I told her to start working out with me. After 7 days she said she couldn't do it and I told her she just had to keep working out so it'll be easier. She said easy for you to say you are addicted to exercise...is that possible? It's only a two hours a day. I know people who workout like 4 hours a day.
