I recently got a new phone. I still have the old phone. When I'm traveling overseas, I would rather not take my brand new phone in the event it gets stolen, lost, or I drop it.
Is it possible to re-activate the old phone for a temporary period of time while I'm on vacation and then go back to the new phone when I get back home? If this is possible, are there any limits to how many times I can switch between the two phones, and are there any fees? Both phones are smartphones that use the same priced data package.
