Can yeast infection medicine make preg. Test positive?

I know it seems like a dumb question but had to ask ..I've been usin monistat for a yeast infection and I've been late on my period I took a pregnacy test and it showed one line for sure and the other was slightly there..I was jiss wondering could that b a reason? And I've been havin symptoms like I'm about to get my period like bad cramps and sore boobs but I'm over a week late..any tips will help and I DONT need smart remarks thank u
