I only ask because I've been playing Call of Duty Black Ops lately on PS3, and lately I've been getting put in a lot of lobbies with people who I can only assume are from down south and have nothing better to do but hate on other people. I've tried reporting them but hell if I know if anything gets done about it. PS3 probably gets shitloads of false reports daily from people who just feel like being dicks to other people and they cover up the legitimate reports.
I know for a fact that Xbox 360 has a better live system and although you have to pay for it, the community from what I understand is taken care of by them. If someone talks talking racist trash will they be banned from Live for it and quickly? If so, I'm quite honestly thinking about buying a 360 since they're fairly cheap this time of year.. besides the PS3 live has been failing me lately on Black Ops. Connection Interuptions constantly, bad community, and just not doing it for me.
I'm not black or anything, I really don't identify myself with a race but it just sickens me that there are humans with that low of an IQ out there and so much negative emotion.
Please, no PS3 vs Xbox 360 wars... just answering the initial question would be fantastic, thank you.
I never meant to imply that all southerners are racists. Please don't take it that way, just from the way they were talking about Alabama and their particular accent they sounded southern to me.
