Im 17, 5'8 and 135 pounds. i am athletic and play high school sports but im relatively thin and dont have much of a built upper body or abs either. and i dont have to worry about body fat, but i was wondering if pull ups and pushups basically any exercises with just your body weight, would be able to get me a cut and toned upper body and abs. i want to get a bit bigger but im really just looking for tone and definition. any advice or workouts would be much appreciated.
