My brother was on his bike in the bike lane. The light turned green. He started to go and at the same time, this lady makes a right turn. My brother accidentally runs into her car. She comes out of the car yelling at him and asking him to pay for damages. Since he's a minor, she ends up calling my mother and asking her to pay for damages. Don't bikers have the right of way?
