My mother-in-law and husband seem to think that we can somehow refinance with bad credit and no equity. We have been late on our mortgage recently as well. We're not too upside down on our mortgage like a lot of others are. They also said we can consolidate our bills onto that new mortgage and just have one payment for everything. I tell them that I don't believe it can be done. Of course, who is the one that has to try to find this stuff out? Me. If they have all these great ideas, then why can't they find out how it's done. Any insight would be great, because I'm just sick of it already. Thanks in advance.
