i think we all can agree that trash is a major problem in the Philippines.
trash could be divided into four groups, paper, plastics, metals, food.
food is the most hazard-est because it rots and cultivates bacteria.
if Filipinos could just separate their food garbage from the rest of the rest of the garbage, and throw the food garbage into the ocean, before it rots, could this solve the Philippines garbage problem?
the food would feed the fish, and the landfills would not smell, because, paper, plastics, and metals do not smell as they age or rot.
could have a fish farm that was supplied by fresh food garbage?
BTW.... i'm suggest all foods thrown into the ocean, except cooking oil, but that can be converted into bio diesel
