...entire financial crisis...? ...in less than eight years, are people who are about as smart as, well, Bush?
This financial crisis has been precipitating for more than eight years, and has been fueled by both Republicans and Democrats. Yes, Clinton managed to balance the budget by the end of his presidency, but he definitely helped to contribute to our debt.

Those who continue to assert this are just proud of there ignorance.
 
The roots of this financial goes back to the Clinton administration. When in 1995 the treasury department issued regulations to give loans to low income people who often had bad credit.
