I don't usually ask these questions since I'm a believer of just going to the doctor, but I have to wait till my husband gets of work to take me in.
anyways, this has been going on and off for a week and today it just won't go away. I went to the ER but after sitting for over 2 hours without even a nurse coming in my room I left. I called my insurance's nurse line and she seemed to think it was pre-eclampsia even though my blood pressure this morning was 109/63. That just seems silly since the definition of pre-eclampsia is high blood pressure with protein in the urine. Don't know if I have protein in my urine cause the ER didn't even get around to testing it. I left it sitting on the counter in my room when I left (it had been there the whole time). So to the point can this be my first symptom leading to pre-eclampsia? I'm only 17 weeks so it would be rare for me to have it.
oh and I can't see my doctor cause she is out of town till my appointment on the 5th. GRRR
