My periods are always heavy when they first start off and I usually go through multiple tampons a day. This time, my period came a day late, and instead of being a steady heavy flow, it was spotting red.
It seems like it spots at times, and then trickles out. Not once did it get heavy.It's a very light flow. I'm convinced that it is a regular period though since I have no signs of pregnancy and since it lasted 5 days (im on the 5th day now).
