CAn u add to my routine in exercise?

I do exercise everyday:
Sit-ups (everyday, at the end of the week I have 900 situps done)
Pullups (every 3 days,must have 100 done at the end of the week)
Stretches (everyday for 30 mins.)
JumpingJacks (everyday 50-75 a day, depending on my mood)
I don't eat the healthiest but I do eat at least 4 healthy things a day, like part of a meal type of food! Pancakes for breakfast, mandirian oranges after school and depending on my mood a dinner with 2 healthy parts......I'm not trying to loss weight I just want to be healthier.....add to my diet and exercise routine plz!
