Can those under 18 play M games on Xbox LIVE?

I've heard different things in the past, But does anyone know currently?.



Like if your account says 15, Can you play Black Ops online?

I've heard if you don't have parental controls you can. But I've heard of kids on here who have underage accounts not being able to play even games like Madden online
