well yes its possile ,find a good tat artist and tel him what you would like and they can do anything ,my brother had a big BLACK square on his upper arm where he covered a old girlfriends name ,he had it covered beautifully in germany while in the service with a rose and my mothers name ,cannot even tell the black square ever exsisted
