can this man go to jail?

Can someone go to jail.If they go to a specific store and walk around and not ever buy anything everyday.Also if the just follow women around staring at them lustfully but not saying anything.Cause ive heard of this.
 
1) Loitering. not a felony, so no jail time. But repeats can land you in bigger trouble.

2) If women are afraid that you will do something by your behavior, it is sexual assault or lewd and lascivious behavior, or several other sex crimes.
 
There's plenty he could be charged with. Loitering, disorderly conduct, lewd and lascivious behavior, and depending on specifics, criminal mischief or even disrupting commerce. I'm sure there's more as well.
 
Yes it's called loitering and they're specific laws against it. Usually you'll get warned by security personnel first and escorted out of the store but if a person returns and keeps it up they'll get arrested... that is if they don't get their butt kicked first by some chic's boyfriend or other concerned citizen.
 
idk if it can be considered loitering if he goes into store walkin around not buyin anything.
but maybe a restraining order.

man folowin women around, dont see any law broken there,
but maybe if he was folowin a specific woman for a long time, then maybe a restraining order.

but jail, i dont think so, restraining order sound more likely.
