I gave her two cats off of that I had.. They were litter box trained, good with kids and everything, but when I gave them to her apparently they used the bathroom all over the place, and ruined her furniture.. I told her I would take them back if she didn't want them, but I was out of town for a family emergency and I emailed her and told her I didn't know when I would be back. So now she want's to sue me for the cost of putting them to sleep and for me to replace the "damaged" furniture. Would I have a chance of winning this lawsuit if we do proceed to go to court?
