can this be a ectopic pregnancy PLeASE HELP ASP?

ok i had my son may 7th i bleed or almost 3 weeks straight he will be 10 weeks this thursday i still havent started my period For like the past week i have been having pains in my neck in back i thought it might just be cuz i wentback to work when he turned a month so i wasnt worried but i calledmy dr and asked about not starting they said i need to be seen but i asked to make a app with the lady nurse for that (shes more gentle) lol so the soonest was is thurs at 3 i have been googlen this stuff and i also have been real dizzy the past few days and i saw all my syptoms are ones for a ectopic pregnancy and i also forgot to mention i had my tubes tied right after my c-section
should i go to emergency room to be checked out? Or wait till thursday?
can you be bleeding internally even if im not bleeding? sorry i just keep reading about it and im real worried

I would Just say it was your body re adjusting..I have 2 kids and my body was horrible after numb 2
