Ok so i moved out of my moms house a few months back. My kids have been going to the same school by my moms house. Recently i got a letter saying they know i moved and that need to enroll my kids in another school (the school by my new house) Soooo this is the question: I really don't want to move my kids to a new school and so me and the kids are still on the lease at my moms house (i have the paper work) and i also have a lease agreement at my new place. So is it against the rules to live in 2 different places?..How can they prove i don't live there if me and the kids are on the lease??
Can they kick my kids out of school?
