so its like 2:30 am and some boyz r shoot off fireworks and not the lil ones im talkin like 4th of july loud bang fireworks i and i cant sleep bcuz of it and i was wonderin if it was illegal...thx....p.s they do this every night

Andre is right. Around most places the sound ordnance is at 9 or 10 pm. if it is past that time, you are well in your rights to call the police and report the disturbance.
